Grief and Bereavement Mental Health Support

Service Description
Provides mental health support to people grieving the loss of a loved one. Services for:
- Children – One-on-one support and support groups for grieving children and youth.
- Adults – One-on-one support and support groups for adults dealing the loss.
- Individuals living in an institution (with mental and/or physical disabilities) – One-on-one support.
Topics discussed in the group sessions include death, grief and loss, feelings, fears, guilt and regrets, memories, healing, self-care and support, rituals and special days, and saying goodbye. For more information, call 780-846-2576.

Individuals experiencing grief from the death of a loved one and/or life losses.
