Service Description
Provides a free program for newcomer immigrant and refugee women and older adults to support healthy living and settlement in Canada. Offers:
- Information on health, nutrition, and healthy grocery shopping
- Nutrition workshops and community kitchen classes
- Healthy cooking classes and daily physical activities
Free childcare during program sessions.
Eligibility
Newcomers to Canada.
