Service Description

EATING DISORDER HELPLINE: 1-866-633-4220 or Live Chat

Operates Canada’s only national toll-free helpline and live chat related to eating disorders. Provides information on treatment options and support to people across Canada, either directly or indirectly affected by disordered eating and related concerns. Support services are available:

  • Monday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm EST
  • Tuesday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm EST
  • Wednesday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm EST
  • Thursday 9:00 am – 9:00 pm EST
  • Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST
  • Saturday 12:00 – 5:00 pm EST
  • Sunday 12:00 – 5:00 pm EST
