Offers a confidential, anonymous, 16-hour helpline for Muslim women and girls across North America at no cost, with support available in French, Urdu, Arabic, Somali and English. Available seven days a week from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight EST (Eastern Standard Time). Includes:
- Peer-to-peer counselling
- Support in creating action plans
- Referrals and guidance
- Religious and cultural sensitivity
- Emotional and spiritual support.
