Service Description
In coordination with the Food Rescue Program, delivers free fresh produce, dairy, baked goods, and meat to five low-income seniors buildings every week. The outreach team enjoys coffee with the seniors that attend and provides additional support when needed.
Eligibility
Must be a senior resident of one of the five participating Seniors Living residences.
