Service Description
Offers adapted and inclusive programs to ensure all citizens can be included. Programs include:
- Adapted Art Exploration
- an introductory program designed to meet the diverse needs of persons experiencing disability(s) (aged 14+)
- Fitness
- Adapted Sport & Fitness Try IT Days (aged 18+)
- Adapted Walk & Roll Fitness (aged 18+)
- 2SLGBTQIAP+ Drop-In Gym Time
- Inclusive Dance Classes – inclusive movement and dance classes (ages 5 – 12, and ages 17+)
- Warriors of the Water (8-12 years and 12+years) – a program for Indigenous youth ages eight and up that helps improve swimming, leadership, teamwork, and lifeguarding/lifesaving skills while getting fully certified as a lifeguard and swim instructor. Run in partnership with Regina Treaty/Status Indian Services (RTSIS).
- Short Breaks – an intergenerational, afternoon program aimed to facilitate community building among adults experiencing an intellectual disability
