Service Description
Provides food hampers for residents of Moosomin and area in need.
Application Process
First time requesting a food hamper: drop in to fill out paper work and to obtain further information.
Ongoing: register at pick-up or call two weeks prior to next pick-up date.
Second time and on: call or drop in.
Bread, milk, and eggs must be requested two weeks prior to pick-up.
Documents Required
Health Card, ID, proof of address.
