Service Description
A supervised facility for individuals with mental health issues who require intensive training in independent living skills.
- Staffed 24/7, delivered by Thunder Creek Rehabilitation Association.
- Includes four spaces for intensive needs, two spaces for transitional needs, and 12 spaces for occasional support needs.

Individuals with mental health issues who require intensive training in independent living skills.
Application Process
Services are introduced to rehabilitation clients through their Community Mental Health Nurse. Applications for the Group home and Independent Living Program are completed and reviewed by and the admission committee for Thunder Creek Rehabilitation Association. Placement is depending on availability of space.
