Offer southwest communities an opportunity to participate in the recreation board development.
This may include:
• Define the role of a recreation board.
• Understand legal responsibilities.
• Develop policies and procedures.
• Learn about best practices and other recreation board models.
• Review or write bylaws.
• Develop a vision/mission and values.
