Service Description
Provides adoption services for people looking to adopt a pet. Dogs and cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped prior to adoption.
Eligibility
Rules and regulations are provided in the application form.
Application Process
1. Check out the adoptable animals by going to the website and clicking on the Adopt tab. Scroll through to find a pet.
2. Click Apply for Adoption. Fill out the adoption application for the pet you are interested in.
3. Shelter staff will review all the applications. They will call the successful applicant and book them an appointment to come meet the pet.
4. The successful applicant will come to the shelter to meet the pet they are interested in. If they decide not to adopt, staff will move to the next candidate.
Fees
Kittens (2-6 months) $150
Adult Cat (6 months+) $75
Puppies (2-6 months) $300
Small/Specialty Breed Puppy (2-6 months) $500
Adult Dog (6 months+) $300
Small/Specialty Breed Adult Dog (6 months - 7 yrs) $400
Senior Dog (8 yrs+) $200
Small/Specialty Breed Senior Dog (8 yrs+) $275
Rabbit $50 Ferret $50
Guinea Pig $30
Budgies/Finches $30
