Service Description
Offers community services for people with varying abilities (not strictly limited to residents of a group home facility). Services promote independence and quality of life and provide individuals with the ability to make choices and decisions to further their personal and professional interests.
Eligibility
Individuals with varying abilities who live in a group home facility, independently, or with their family.
