Service Description
Provides assessments and a range of voluntary mental health and addictions treatment interventions to clients whose ability to function day to day is significantly impacted by their level of mental health and/or addictions issues. Requests for services may include depression, alcohol, drug use, gambling, anxiety, eating disorders, family difficulties, abuse, and grief. Individual, family or group services available to spouses and other family members who have been affected by someone else’s drinking, drug use or gambling behaviour.
Satellite clinics are provided in Assiniboia.
Take Home Naloxone Kits
Methadone screening available in Moose Jaw Clinic.
Eligibility
Adults in need of mental health and/or addictions support.
Application Process
Clients amy refer themselves or be referred by their physician or another agency - call centralized intake at 306-691-6464.
