Service Description
Offers a variety of group programs related to mental health and addictions for adults, including: information and treatment on anxiety management, active recovery for addictions, gambling, co-dependency: making healthy choices and changes in life, coping with stress, and family education and support.
Group programs may include:
- Anxiety Management Workshop
- Depression Management Workshop
- Transforming Non-traditional Loss
- Co-Dependency Group
- Fundamentals for Wellness
- Family Education and Support Group
- Active Recovery
- Coping Skills for Stress Management.

Adults in need of mental health support.
