Service Description

Offers a variety of group programs related to mental health and addictions for adults, including: information and treatment on anxiety management, active recovery for addictions, gambling, co-dependency: making healthy choices and changes in life, coping with stress, and family education and support.

Group programs may include:

  • Anxiety Management Workshop
  • Depression Management Workshop
  • Transforming Non-traditional Loss
  • Co-Dependency Group
  • Fundamentals for Wellness
  • Family Education and Support Group
  • Active Recovery
  • Coping Skills for Stress Management.

Adults in need of mental health support.
