Program focused on increasing accessibility to early learning and enhancing parents’ knowledge and skills, offers
- free, take-home kits at birth, 18, and 36 months
- parent support & referral network
- car seat safety/seats for families in need
- fun, play-based learning programs

Eligibility
Parents and their children (ages 5 and under) living in small, rural communities
