Service Description
24/7 Mobile Crisis Helpline: 306-757-0127
Provides after-hours mental health services to support current clients of the Mental Health Clinic and any individual or family that requires mental and emotional support. Available Monday to Friday 4:30 pm – 8:00 am and 24/7 on weekends and statutory holidays. Mental health issues may include:
- Anxiety and depression
- Thoughts of suicide
- Difficulty dealing with loss or bereavement
- Unable to cope between appointments
- Self-harm
- Feeling anger
- Support for concerned families and friends
- Information and referral.
Eligibility
Individuals and/or families requiring mental health support.
