Service Description
Child Abuse Line: 306-569-2724
Provides after-hours Child Welfare and Protection services, including:
- Assuring children’s safety
- Physical and sexual abuse investigations
- Potential parental neglect/parental abandonment
- Missing and found children
- Children out of parental control
- Suicide intervention services
- Young offenders services
- Crisis Counselling services
- Repatriation services
- Children under 12 years in conflict with the criminal code
- Information and referral.
NOTE: Crisis counsellors respond to complaints in Regina. Outside of Regina they can provide assessment and referral.
Eligibility
Families and/or youth who are in crisis. Friends, relatives, business or concerned citizen needing advice to assist someone in a crisis situation. No eligibility requirements.
