Service Description
Offers a mobile app for youth to help manage the symptoms of anxiety. Focuses on learning to reduce the physical responses to threat by learning to breathe, relax and by mindful as well as changing thoughts and behaviours and releasing emotions. App can be personalized so you can track progress and notice change. Visit website for more information.

Eligibility
Recommended for the ages of 12 years and above.
If a younger child would like to use it, it is recommended that this is done under the guidance of a responsible adult.
