Service Description
Provides an information portal that connects parents with programs, tools, and resources.
- Referral services – provides support in connecting families to other resources in the community.
- Parent resource library – includes books, videos and resources relating to parenting, disabilities, family dynamics, and more.
- Developmental Screening – available for families to confirm their child’s strengths and to be aware of “what comes next” in their development, and how to promote their child’s development.

Parents and caregivers of toddlers, children, and teenagers.
