Service Description

Serves as a pastoral presence in the life of a released offender by offering friendship, practical support, and guidance as the offender makes the transition from institutional to community life. Seeks to find volunteers and/or a faith community to walk alongside the person.

Eligibility

Adults over 19 years of age.

Application Process

Referrals from institutional staff.
