Service Description
Provides assistance to Métis citizens of Saskatchewan with up to $15,000 (one-time only contribution) for the down payment of their first home. Further $2,500 is available to help cover closing costs.

Eligibility
Applicants must: - Be over the age of 18 - Provide proof of identity - Be a member of Metis Nation- Saskatchewan - Be able to qualify for a mortgage through a reputable financial institution - Not have owned a home - Not have income tax arrears with CRA - Have a gross annual household income of $150,000 or less.
