Service Description
Provides a listing of mental health supports, chat lines and online resources for young people, including:
- Kids Help Phone – 24/7 free, confidential e-mental health support
- Counselling Connect Saskatchewan – free, quick access counselling
- Mind Your Mind – Provides information for young people (ages 14 – 29) on who to call in a crisis, what to do if you need help, who to talk to and more.
- Talking Stick App – Youth can chat anonymously with Indigenous Peer Advocates 24/7
- The Emily Program – Eating Disorders – Offers virtual support groups, friends and family sessions and more.
- Teens Talk YXE – Support group for youth and caregivers (Saskatoon based)
- Love My Mind – Advocacy for mental health
- Mental Health Literacy – online resources
- Youth Mental Health Canada – online resources
- Relaxation and Mindfulness APPS
- Breathing Practice and more.
