Service Description
Provides 24/7, long-term nursing care to assist residents in all activities of daily living. Each resident has a private room and bathroom. Offers an adult day program and a respite room. Authorized for 68 residents. Serves special dinners and other special events for the residents.
Eligibility
Older adults. Eligibility for long term care placement is determined by Home Care Assessors and includes a comprehensive assessment process. For more information on eligibility please contact the Saskatoon Health Region’s Home Care Office at 306-232-4305.
