Service Description
Offers 8 independent living suites with 4 units under one roof.
Two types of suites available:
- Larger suites have two bedrooms, a den, living room, kitchen/dining area (with a dishwasher), 1½ bathrooms and a laundry room. There is also an attached garage available. Utilities are included in rent. Phone and cable is responsibility of tenant.
- Smaller suites do not have the den, the half bath, or the dishwasher. Garages included. Utilities are included in rent. Phone and cable is responsibility of tenant.
Transportation: The local transit bus offers services between Country Gardens and downtown Rosthern.
