Service Description

Distributes food hampers and emergency food for residents of Melville and area.

Eligibility

Residents of Melville and surrounding area.

Application Process

Before your first visit to the Melville Food Bank you must set an Intake Appointment by filling out the Initial Intake form or by speaking to a staff person at (306) 728-4955.

Documents Required

Registration:

• 1 Form of Government ID
• Proof of Address
• Your most recent paystub (if employed)

A valid Saskatchewan Health Card for each member of your household and proof of address every time you pick up your food order. Proof of address must be current (within 60 days) and either a utility bill, phone bill or rent receipt is accepted.
