Service Description
Provides market-rate housing for higher-income earners. No cap on income.
Eligibility
Open to all individuals for housing opportunities. Priority is given to applicants who hold Treaty Status and/or have an Indigenous identity. Household income must meet certain limits.
Application Process
All applications are point rated and filed according to highest point then by date. Contact for more information.
