Service Description
Provides a support group for people who have had polio, are now experiencing new symptoms such as fatigue, muscle weakness, and cold intolerance. Also provides support to spouses and partners of polio survivors.
Group raises awareness and disseminates information concerning research and treatment pertaining to post-polio syndrome.
Meetings take place in-person in the City of Regina, and there are also options for virtual participation.
Eligibility
Polio survivors, their family and friends in Regina.
