Service Description
Provides free training materials/resources for responders in search and rescue (prevention and response tools) and the Autism (focused on prevention of wandering/bolting and becoming lost; includes guides to help people respond to new situations).
Many people, of all ages, on the Autism Spectrum may wander or bolt from a safe space. There are times when they become lost due to their wandering and bolting. These incidents are critical and responders need specific training for technical response. The community needs prevention tools, and an understanding on how best to communicate with responders.
