Service Description
A 10-month program where participants meet and learn from others across three sectors (public, private, and not-for-profit). Participants learn skills and acquire tools that help them make a difference as community leaders in their organizations, neighbourhoods, or cities. The program consists of challenge days, learning teams, and a mentorship component.
