Service Description
Offers long-term care services for 129 residents. Provides:
- Dementia Care unit for residents with cognitive impairment
- Spiritual Care
- Recreation Therapy / Volunteer Services
- Social Worker
- Dietitian
- Physiotherapy
- Two respite beds
- Community Day Programs
Eligibility
Restricted to people who are assessed as being on the priority waiting list at the Saskatchewan Health Authority's Client Patient Access Services (CPAS). Oliver Lodge is a smoke free residence.
Application Process
Admissions to for long term care and the Community Day Program are handled by the Saskatoon Health Region's Client Patient Access Services (CPAS) at 306-655-4346.
Fees
The cost of accommodation is based on income and will be calculated by the Saskatchewan's Ministry of Health. For more information on calculation of fees, call them at 1-800-667-4884. The fee is standard in all Special Care Homes in the province. The CPAS should be able to tell you the current range of costs.
