Service Description
Serves seniors living in the community who desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including meaningful social opportunities with their peers.
Activities include discussions, informative presentations, entertainment, community outings, gentle exercise, hot noon meal and refreshment breaks.
Weekly programs include:
- Young at Heart – Tuesdays 11 am – 3 pm
- TEMT (Travel, Eat, Meet, Talk) – Wednesdays 11 am – 3 pm
- Live Smart – Tuesdays 11 am – 3 pm
Eligibility
Adults ages 55+; must be ambulatory; living in the community who desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
No by the Client Patient Access Service (CPAS) of the Saskatchewan Health Authority is required.
