Service Description
Serves seniors living in the community who desire to maintain a healthy lifestyle, including meaningful social opportunities with their peers. Activities include: discussions, informative presentations, entertainment, community outings, gentle exercise, hot noon meal and refreshment breaks.
- Young at Heart – Mondays 11 am – 3 pm
- TEMT (Travel, Eat, Meet, Talk) – Tuesdays 11 am – 3 pm
- Live Smart – Thursdays 11 am – 3 pm
Eligibility
Seniors living in the community who desire to maintian a healthy lifestyle.
No assessment required.
