Service Description

A support group based on the Twelve Steps to support individuals recovering from codependency and to help them develop healthy relationships.

  • A spiritual program with an acceptance of the idea of dependence upon a Higher Power to help in solving problems and achieving peace of mind.

  • Online meetings and telephone meetings are held for those who are unable to attend face-to-face meetings.
  • Online teen meetings are held by CoDA World.
  • Women only meetings are held in-person on Moose Jaw and online for those unable to attend face-to-face meeting.
  • French meetings are held online.
  • Online resources are available in English and French.

Eligibility

Individuals who struggle codependent behaviours and have a desire to build healthy relationships with themselves and others. Some meetings have specific eligibility criteria (women only, teenagers, French speakers, and others). For details, visit the website.
