Service Description

Offers opportunities for parents and children to learn together through reading, storytelling, and educational activities. Programs include:

Baby Book Club – a four-week program to socialize, learn about baby development, and create a long-life reading habit.

Rhyme with Me – a six-week program designed to improve oral language skills while fostering bonds between parents and children aged two to four.

ABC 123 – a six-week program that helps parents and their children aged three to four develop counting skills, number sense, and pattern recognition through songs, stories, and hands-on activities.

Intergenerational Pen Pal Program – matches elementary school students with individuals aged 55 or older. All supplies are provided, and they exchange letters throughout the school year, sharing pictures, jokes, and memories.

Eligibility

Eligibility varies by activity but generally includes families with young children (ages 0–5) and elementary school students.

Fees

Typically, $10 per activity. Fees can be waived if needed by calling the office.
