Service Description

A comprehensive online program that connects specialized counsellors and coaches with children, teens and parents impacted by sexual abuse who might not otherwise receive timely mental health support. The online program helps children overcome the devastating effects of child sexual abuse and change the trajectory of their lives.

Programs include:

  • Online Parent/Caregiver Interactive Program – Program that supports families to better understand and address their children and teens who have been impacted by trauma and/or child sexual abuse.
  • Online Adolescent Interactive Program (ages 13-16) – Program that teaches and supports participants through reading, exercises, video education and ongoing video and phone coaching.
  • Online Child and Supportive Caregiver Program (ages 8-12) – Program that teaches and supports traumatized children and their parents/supportive caregiver through reading exercises, interactive reflection, video education and ongoing video and phone coaching.

Eligibility

Children aged 8 - 12, teens aged 13 - 17, parents/guardians of children who have been sexually abused.
