Service Description
Offers mobile outreach services for individuals who are homeless or in distress.
- Provides food, water, toiletry items, and warm clothing
- Helps ensure individuals have a safe place to sleep
- Assists individuals with accessing other services such as health care, mental health, and addictions resources.
Eligibility
This services is provided to Lighthouse residents and shelter guests.
