Service Description
Offers a limited number of Life Lease suites for those who are able to live independently. Life Lease holders have the exclusive right to occupy their chosen suite and to use the common facilities for as long as they wish. The ultimate ownership and title of the suite remain with the Catholic Health Ministry of Saskatchewan, which operates Trinity Manor.
Aging in Place provides Life Lease holders priority access to assisted living care in the adjoining Suites at Stonebridge. Long term care is also close by in the adjacent property, Samaritan Place, also under ownership of Catholic Health Ministry of Saskatchewan.
Note: Access to long term care in Saskatoon is subject to Saskatchewan Health Authority assessment criteria.
