Service Description
A library which houses one of the most comprehensive collections on the Indigenous peoples of the Americas. Details available at website.
- Serves as a central source of information for the First Nations of Canada
- Provides non-First Nations people with pertinent information that promotes cross-cultural understanding, and fosters awareness about the uniqueness of First Nations
- Lends assistance and support to First Nations schools
- Member of the Library Services for Saskatchewan Aboriginal Peoples Committee (LLSAP)
- Member of the Aboriginal Advisory Committee formed by the Saskatoon Public Library.
