Service Description

Helps low-income people with the following problems:

  • mediation
  • divorce or separation
  • custody of their child
  • joint custody of their child
  • access to their child
  • support for their child
  • support (spousal support)
  • have someone declared the father of the child by the court.

Eligibility

Low-income people with Family Law issues. Visit the website to see if you qualify.

Application Process

There are four ways to apply for legal aid.
1. Fill out an online application.
2. Call 1-800-667-3764.
3. Send a message through the website contact page.
4. Call one of the offices directly to apply by phone or make an appointment to apply in-person.
