Service Description
Offers services to rural residents (children, youth, and adults) experiencing mental health, substance use/abuse and problem gambling issues.
Includes:
- Case management
- Mental health promotion and education services
- Family counselling
- Individual, family, and group counselling/therapy
- Community development
- Community collaboration
- Referrals to other services/agencies.
Eligibility
Rural children, youth and adults experiencing mental health, substance use/abuse and problem gambling issues.
Application Process
Clients can refer themselves (walk-in or telephone) or be referred by a third party. Referrals to a psychiatrist or psychologist must be made through a family physician.
