Service Description
Professional and non-professional staff visit people with the greatest need to provide services that are supportive, rehabilitative and palliative; promoting independence, maintaining dignity, and enhancing quality of life.
- Care provided is to serve as a complement to the support provided by family, friends, neighbours, and others in the community.
Professional services include: nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social work, nutrition counselling, education, rehabilitation, and palliative care.
Support services include: personal care, in-home respite, meal preparation, home management, meals on wheels, and transportation.
