Service Description
An independent living apartment building for older adults, over the age of 55 years. Options include one or two bedroom units as well as units which have been designed for special needs. Members work and socialize every day in various ways, together as a community. All units include:
- heat,
- water,
- cable television,
- living room with wall mounted air conditioner and doors leading to a large balcony that has outdoor light and an electrical outlet,
- bedroom with wall to wall closets, electrical outlets, cable television and telephone jacks,
- bathroom with bathtub that has a shower extension and hand rails,
- kitchen with fridge, stove, and dishwasher.
