Service Description
Provides 46 rooms total, which includes 45 permanent long term care rooms with one designated as a community palliative care suite and one respite room. Services include:
- Day Program,
- Hairstylist,
- Meals on Wheels,
- Recreational Activities,
- Spiritual Care.
Eligibility
Older adults, residents with disabilities, patients requiring palliative care.
Application Process
To qualify, an individual must be assessed and approved for placement through home care.

Fees are assessed by Ministry of Health.
