Provincially licensed, privately-run and operated home that provides lodging, meals, and assistance with or supervision of daily living. Authorized capacity for 40 residents. Includes:
- Provides all levels of care: short term and respite
- 24 Hour supervisory care
- 40 individual rooms
- Scheduled in-house nurse practitioner visits
- On site activity coordinator.

Indigenous or non-Indigenous adults 18 years of age or older.
