Service Description
Offers a variety of workshops and seminars with the goal of increasing participation in leisure activities in the community and the home. Workshops and seminars provide the opportunity to learn new skills and the benefits from being active. Topics may include active living, exercises, and games activities as determined by the local community interests.
Eligibility
Adults 50 years of age or older.
