Service Description

A voluntary home-visiting program that supports parents and their children ages zero to three by enhancing parenting knowledge, providing support, and building on family strengths.

Includes:

  • Prenatal referral and support
  • In-depth family assessment
  • Home-visiting services (including support regarding child development)
  • Mental Health and addiction services
  • Early learning opportunities
  • Family support

Eligibility

Parents and their children (three years of age and under) who live off-reserve who are living in vulnerable circumstances.
