Service Description
Offers emotional support, provides information, assists with safety planning, and helps connect to other supports that may be needed. Services include:
- Support by phone or in person
- Safety planning, whether or not you are ready to leave
- Counselling regarding the abusive relationship and its impact
- Assistance getting into a shelter
- Information about protection orders and the justice system
- Accompaniment to court, police, or other appointments
- Referrals for yourself and your children
- Victims Compensation Benefits
- Support Groups for relationship violence
Eligibility
Persons who have experienced intimate partner and family violence or abuse.
