Service Description
Offers a co-ed fitness program available to adults of any immigration status designed to encourage a healthy lifestyle. Activities include:
- Zumba
- Walking
- Yoga
- Free flow dance sessions
- Educational workshops on health-related topics.
Eligibility
Newcomer women and men ages 18+ of any residency status (Permanent Resident, Citizen, Visitor, Student or Work Visa).
Application Process
Intake ongoing. Registration available at IWS main office.
Documents Required
A valid form of identification or immigration status document required from new IWS clients.
