Service Description
A co-ed fitness program available to those of any immigration status designed to encourage a healthy lifestyle. Activities include:
- Zumba
- Tai Chi
- Walking
- Yoga
- Pilates
Eligibility
Newcomer women and men ages 18+ of any residency status (Permanent Resident, Citizen, Visitor, Student or Work Visa)
Application Process
Intake ongoing. Registration available at IWS main office.
