Service Description
Offers pre and post treatment sober living to those struggling with addiction. Focuses on goals that promote a consistent pursuit of abstinence.
Pre-Treatment Sober Living – provides supported sober living for those coming from jail, remand, detox or home. This program bridges the gap until individuals can get into residential treatment. Those in the program must have a desire to get clean and sober. Visit the website to apply.
Post-Treatment Sober Living – provides a stable environment to continue the recovery journey. Individuals must have completed an in-patient treatment program in the last six months without relapse. Visit the website to apply.
Eligibility
Pre-Treatment Sober Living - Must have a substance-use disorder - Must be willing to attend an in-patient treatment program - Must be able to pass drug test upon admission (seven days free of substance) - Must be able and willing to participate in intensive outpatient recovery program - Can remain in program until treatment. Post-Treatment Sober Living - Must have completed an in-patient treatment program in past six months without relapse - Complete and submit application - Check-in weekly to maintain position on waiting list - Must be able to pass drug test upon admission (seven days free of substances) - Must be able and willing to participate in intensive outpatient recovery program during stay - Can stay in program up to one year.
