Service Description
Helps improve the quality of life for seniors determined to maintain their independence by providing support services for older adults living alone including:
- assisted transportation for appointments and other activities
- in-home visits to provide friendship and support
- regularly scheduled check-in calls
- regular social events with other club members.
Eligibility
55 years of age or older.
