Service Description
Provides resources and connections across Canada to help newcomers access the hidden job markets and connect them with employment. Services include:
- Career-Transition Action Plan
- Meet the Employer
- Resume and Interview Coaching
- 1-on-1 Career Counseling
- IBM Kenexa Assessment
- Mentorship & Internship
- Job Match
- Job Board.
Provides pre- and post-arrival services to help newcomers connect with their local partners and services providers in their destination city. Services include:
- Discover Canada Workshops
- E-connector Mentorship
- Partners in your Destination
- Referral Network.
Eligibility
Individuals who will immigrate to Canada soon or who have already arrived in Canada.
